What we do with what you send

When you submit a listing we receive three things: the listing you pasted, what you said you would do with the property, and the email address or phone number you gave us. We also record the page you arrived from and your browser's user-agent string.

We use them to write your review and to reply to you. We do not sell them, and we do not pass them to an agent, a seller or a developer.

How long we keep them. Submissions are held in a file on our server and deleted automatically 90 days after they arrive. Our email copy of your submission, and any correspondence with you, is deleted within 90 days of our last exchange. Server access logs are kept for 14 days. The server is backed up nightly, on site and to encrypted off-site storage, on a 7 daily / 4 weekly / 6 monthly rotation, so a deleted record can persist in a backup for up to 6 months after we delete it from the live system.

Third parties on this page. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which receives your IP address and browser information and is governed by Google's privacy policy and terms. We measure traffic with a self-hosted Umami instance, which sets no cookies and does not track you across sites.

Your rights. Write to info@majorelle.investments to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted sooner. We will action deletion within 30 days.
